Purpose and Audience

Ability Space designs custom sensory rooms that support sensory regulation, self-regulation skills and comfort. These tailored spaces benefit students with disabilities, learning or behavioural needs, Aboriginal students and those at risk of disengaging—enhancing wellbeing and supporting learning for both students and staff.

Our solutions are designed for children and young adults with autism, sensory disorders, anxiety, ASD and neurological conditions.

Design and Customisation

Yes. Ability Space collaborates with therapists and educational professionals to design sensory rooms tailored to individual needs and specific client requirements.

Project Management and Timelines

Yes. Ability Space provides a complete end-to-end service, from concept and design to installation, equipment education and final handover.

A typical project takes six weeks.

A full sensory building project typically takes 12 weeks.

Support and Compliance

Yes. We offer a complimentary three-month check-up to address any workmanship issues, along with a 12-month warranty on all products.

Yes. All staff and contractors hold current Working With Children Checks (WWCC) and Police Checks.

Yes. Ability Space is fully registered and compliant with all SAM4Schools requirements.
